Shopping Center EUROPALACE in Žilina is designed to be a mixed-use complex. It will offer a portfolio of complex operations including: supermarket, fashion, footwear, financial services, gastronomy and also well-suited sport and leisure services. The project shall integrate the functions of high quality of civic services in conjunction with luxury living.
Žilina is becoming one of the most dynamic regions in Slovakia. Žilina is the center of northwestern Slovakia. With the population reaching 85 558 it is one of the most populous cities in Slovakia.
Location: Shopping Center spreads near by important traffic route in Žilina, Ulica Vysokoskolakov. The entire area is characterized by its dynamic development in recent years and it probably will be the largest retail zone in Zilina in the future. The catchment area represents about 690,000 inhabitants. The Center is considered to become the gate to the largest residential area called Vlčince with about 20,000 residents.
The project is designed to satisfy strict requirements on technical equipment installed, energy efficiency of the building, quality and proper functioning of used materials. The residential part of the project consists of 2 residential blocks (residential tower with 22 floors and residential block with 8 floors). Together, they provide 128 high quality flats.
