City of Nitra

Nitra is the 4th largest city in the Slovak Republic and has approximately 88,000 inhabitants. The regional
city of Nitra is one of the major industrial and agricultural centres in Nitra region famous for its agricultural
and pedagogical universities, the largest Slovak fair and exhibition centre Agrokomplex.


The shopping centre has a strategic location on the edge of high density residential area, next to the
Agrokomplex and the complex of universities. The site is boarded by Trieda Andreja Hlinku, Akademická
and Výstavná streets and benefits from its excellent visibility from the main road.
